Rodolfo Higuera received his paralegal diploma in 1995, he has been working with the top personal injury lawyers and has had the best results and a lot of experience throughout the years. Being Spanish speaking , he has been assisting members of his community in all areas of law. He primarily specializes in accident benefit claims (first party claim injuries) , slip and falls, landlord and tenant, WSIB, CPP disability claims, small claims court, impaired driving, dog bites, Drug Possession and domestic assaults.
Rodolfo is also appointed under the Notaries Act as a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario.

Dyrone Cuevas has been a licensed paralegal since 2014. With other 5 years of experience in this field, he has surely established a reputable name for himself and is always looking forward to assisting anyone who may be facing any difficulties in all areas of law. Dyrone primarily specializes in highway traffic matters, provincial offences act, summary criminal matter, small claims and land lord tenant board.
Andrew Hardie Ballantyne
Lawyer
Andrew's practice focus is primarily civil litigation. The Breadth of his experience in civil litigation includes: personal injury, insurance disputes, real estate, construction liens, landlord/tenant disputes, debt collection, employment disputes, and more.
Andrew has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
Andrew received his LLB from the University of Leicester and was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2020.
Prior to attending law school, he completed a bachelor of arts from Carleton University with a focus in Psychology. As a result to this education, Andrew is particularly sensitive to, and understanding of-the psychological needs of his clients.
